The photograph bears NO resemblance to product supplied. The one in photograph contains a single piece chrome wheel gutter with black plastic wheel stops.

The one supplied contains a single A4 sheet of 6 diagrams and one paragraph of English instructions, very cryptic. The wheel gutter is a 2 piece black section held together with 4 bolts and no wheel stops.

Front wheel of 19inch mountain bike hangs over the front edge of wheel gutter. Wheel straps are very flimsy, upright frame section also poorly construction.

Had to use a proper ratchet strap to secure for a 15 mile car journey.
