Are the accessories listed on this website Genuine?

Yes, All the accessories on our website (unless otherwise stated) are Genuine Fiat Accessories ordered from the same warehouse as your Local Fiat Dealer would order them from. Accessories that are not Genuine such as Meguiars Car Care are Approved by Fiat.

Placing an Order

Can I pay over the telephone?

Yes, we are able to take payments over the telephone. However, for security reasons we can only ship to the cards billing address. If you would like your items delivering to an alternative address then we can only take your order through the website.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched then please email us requesting a cancellation, please include your order number.If your order has already been dispatched then you can return the goods to us but we will need to be made aware of this within the seven-working-days, please visit our Support centre and complete your details so that we can fully process and track your return. Please package the relevant item securely.

Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 4p.m. Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4p.m. Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday

(excluding Bank Holidays)

Once your order has been processed and you have received a Processed status email you should expect to receive your order within 2 -3 working days.Dispatch within 24 hours - If we have your item(s) in stock in our main warehouse your order will be shipped the same day. Normally you will receive your order the next working day but please allow 2 -3 working days before contacting us.Dispatch within 2-3 days - If your item(s) aren't in stock in our main warehouse then your order will normally be shipped within 2 working days. Once you have received your tracking number then you will normally receive your order the next working day but please allow 2 -3 working days before contacting us.

On rare occasions, if an item isn't in stock in our main warehouse the item may be on Backorder, if you have in-stock items on your order, these will be sent asap. We will make you aware of any delays as soon as we are made aware. We will then give you the choice to either cancel the order or wait for the item to return to stock. With the second option, we will keep you updated on the order progress as much as possible.If you urgently require a product, then please email us first so we can check the availability of the product.

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a 'Goods Shipped' or 'Goods Partially Shipped'  Email containing a tracking number.

Which courier do you use?

We dispatch all our orders to Mainland UK addresses using Royal Mail or our nominated courier company. We offer a next day service which requires a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery a card will be left with details on a redelivery.

Do you ship orders outside of the UK?

This depends on where you are and what product you would like. If you would like something shipping overseas then please email us and include which products you are interested in and where you would like them shipping. Then, if it's possible to ship we will provide you with a shipping quote. Orders being delivered to overseas addresses will be sent via Royal Mail.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is FREE on all orders being delivered to a mainland UK address. If your delivery address is outside this area, then please email us for a quote.

Returns

How do I return my order?

We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for what ever reason you are unhappy with your item you are welcome to return the product. However, we will require a return request in writing and the following Terms and Conditions will apply.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund as long as the return is requested in writing within 7 working days of delivery. To request a refund, please put your request in writing here. We are unable to accept such a request by telephone.

Please include the reason for return in the email so we can act appropriately.

Once we have received your email we will forward you a returns form. Please fill in the form with as much detail as possible. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

Once refund is authorised, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Please then allow a further 2 - 3 working days for the funds to show in your account.

What if my goods arrive damaged?

If your item arrives damaged please notify the driver immediately. Items damaged in transit or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the driver. When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods. In some cases we may require a photograph of the damage to the product.

Dispatch Errors

We must be notified of any dispatch errors or damaged goods on the day of delivery and all goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery, at which point we will exchange your goods and re-deliver.

Do I have to pay the postage cost when returning?

Goods other than faulty or incorrect products are returned at the cost of the customer.

My car doesn't have a Paint Code Sticker/Plate

As your having trouble at finding your paint code we advise you contact your local Fiat Dealership who will be able to find the correct paint code for you. You can find your local Fiat Dealership here.

How do I find my Chassis Number?

My Paint Code doesn't appear on your website, Can you get it?

If the paint is available from Fiat - then yes we can. go to our Fiat Touch Up Paint Pen page hereand enter your chassis number and if the Touch Up Paint Pen is available we will ensure the correct paint is sent to you.

My Paint Code is unavailable from Fiat, What do I do?

If your Touch Up Paint code isn't available then we recommend you visit your local body shop/paint specialist.

Can you tell me my cars Radio Code?

No, unfortunately this isn't a service we offer online. Please contact your local Fiat retailer who will be able to help you.

Can you get me a Replacement Car Key?

No, unfortunately this isn't a service we offer online. Please contact your local Fiat retailer who will be able to help you.

Can you get me a replacement owners manual?

No, unfortunately this isn't a service we offer online. Please contact your local Fiat retailer who will be able to help you.

Do your prices include fitting?

No, our prices do not include fitting. However, if you contact your local Dealer/Retailer they will be able to provide you with a quote for fitting.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, our prices include VAT.

Fiat Blue&Me Adaptor

What does the Adaptor do?

The Blue&Me Adaptor allows your to play music stored on your iPhone or iPod to be played through the speakers in your Fiat. It does this by converting the Apple files into a playable MP3 format.

Do I require a Blue&Me Adaptor for my Fiat?

If your Fiat was registered prior to the 60 registration plate then yes you will require the Adaptor. However, we always recommend you attempt to plug your iPod or iPhone directly into the Blue&Me Port before ordering.

How do I use the Adaptor?

To use the adaptor simply plug it into the Blue&Me port and (using an iPod lead - available separately here) plug your iPod or iPhone into the Adaptor.

Does the Adaptor allow me to control my Music through the Steering Wheels Controls?

Yes it does. You can only operate the iPod or iPhone through the stereo or steering wheel controls. You are unable to skip or adjust volume through the iPod or iPhone itself.

Why can't I plug my iPhone or iPod directly into the Blue&Me USB Port?

For Fiat's registered prior to the 60 registration plate the Blue&Me System will be unable to read the music files. It requires an Adaptor to automatically convert them to MP3s.

Which iPods and iPhone are compatible with the Blue&Me Adaptor?
