The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this Fiat Accessories site. Please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the site's terms and conditions.

All materials on this site are copyright NetLogistics Limited and may be used, downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, broadcast, transmitted or linked only for your personal and non-commercial use. Use can be made only with NetLogistics prior written consent. This can be obtained from NetLogistics Limited by writing in the first instance to The Legal Representative, NetLogistics Ltd, Orbital Way, Cannock, Staffs, WS11 8XW. Use of this site does not infer any licence to use the name or trademarks of Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd or any third party. You are allowed to enter this site in exchange for your agreeing not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work form any of the material on this site. The site may be used only for lawful purposes and your use must not infringe the rights of, or restrict or otherwise inhibit the use or enjoyment of this site by any third party. NetLogistics Limited will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct or consequential, arising from your use of the site. DATA PROTECTION PERSONAL DATA NetLogistics Ltd will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (that is, your name, address, telephone number, or email address) ("Personal Data") unless you provide it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your Personal Data collected, please do not submit it.
If you have already submitted Personal Data and would like it removed from our records, please contact us. We will use reasonable efforts to delete your information from our records.
If you provide NetLogistics Ltd with Personal Data it will store this information about you now and in the future for marketing purposes, market research, tracking of sales data, and in order to contact you. NetLogistics Ltd may also disclose this information within its international group of companies (the Fiat Group, some of which are non-automotive) and to its retailers and agents for the above purposes.
NON-PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY In some cases, we may collect information about you that is not personally-identifiable. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet Browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, and the domain name of the website from which you linked to our site or advertisement.
INFORMATION WE MAY PLACE AUTOMATICALLY ON YOUR COMPUTER'S HARD DRIVE When you view the Site we may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a "Cookie" or similar file and will help us in many ways. For example, Cookies allow us to tailor a website or advertisement to better match your interests and preferences. YOUR ORDER Fulfilment of orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order. NetLogistics is under no obligation to fulfil your order by virtue of acceptance of your order request or your credit card details, but will in such circumstances give a full refund.
OUR CONTRACT When you place an order to purchase a product from www.fiat-accessories.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER If you have ordered a product in error you may cancel your order in your account area of the site. Once the status of your order has been marked as Processed or Shipped it is not possible to cancel your order online. In these circumstances you must contact us with your order number. In the event that the goods have been shipped they must be returned to us at the cost of the customer.
PRICES AND PAYMENT Prices quoted are in Sterling, inclusive of VAT. Prices quoted do not include delivery charges, fitting or painting charges where applicable. NetLogistics reserves the right to change prices prior to acceptance of orders. Payment may be made using all major credit and debit cards. NetLogistics reserve the right to refuse any card tendered for payment in its absolute discretion. Every reasonable effort will be made to keep payment details secure.
DELIVERY You should allow 2-3 days for delivery after you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to inform you of the date your item has been shipped (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays excluded). For orders outside of the United Kingdom please contact us for a quote for delivery.
Orders received before 1600hrs will normally be processed the same day. (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays excluded), you will be informed of delays of which we may be aware.
Deliveries will be made to the address specified on despatch documentation and not to the addressee in person. The person accepting delivery at the address must sign an acknowledgement receipt. If delivery is refused at the despatch address, NetLogistics reserves the right to return the goods to our courier’s premises until we receive further instructions from you.
RETURNS
STATUTORY RIGHT By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please visit our contact centre and complete your details so that we can fully process and track your return. Please package the relevant item securely including the returns paperwork we will email to you and send it to us within 7 working days following the day your return is authorised.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, as you are responsible for any loss or damage from when the item is delivered to you until when they are received at our premises.
As soon as we receive your goods, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. In order for us to process a refund the goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. All items will be inspected once returned. Once refund is authorised, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Please then allow a further 2 - 3 working days for the funds to show in your account.
DAMAGED GOODS Items damaged in transit or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the driver. When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods. We must be notified of any dispatch errors or damaged goods on the day of delivery and all goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery, at which point we will exchange your goods and re-deliver.
DELIVERY COSTS Goods are returned at the cost of the customer and must be returned within 30 days of you notifying us of your intention to return the goods.
Goods not complying with these conditions may not be returned. To return goods please use the contact section of the site, so that we can fully track your returns request.. Please enter all your details including order number and we will then forward details of how to return your products. Please do not return goods to NetLogistics without authorisation using the above details.
These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and both you and NetLogistics hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
